● Closure of Ealing branch
Please be advised that Ealing branch closed in July. On behalf of all of our staff, we thank you very much for using Ealing branch for many years.
Currently natural clinic has 2 branches, Piccaddilly main clinic and Finchley Road branch, where Acupuncture, Moxibustion, Shiatsu, Seitai, and Beauty treatment have been provided.
We apologise for any inconveniences which may cause you. We hope to see you at two branches for your further treatments.
Food shop 'natural natural' has been opening as usual.

< Cancellation Policy >
 We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. As a courtesy to other clients and our therapists, we require 24 hours notice to cancel or re-schedule appointments. Failure to notify within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 30 % of the total value of the reserved treatments. Please contact us on 020 7287 1499 as soon as possible. We reserve the right to decline future appointments for those who no shows, repeated late cancellation.
