Insurance Claim

At present, insurance companies such as Bupa International and the Jaccs guard, etc are offering to cover for Acupuncture Treatment fee. However, we recommend your checking the term of agreement to your insurance company. On receipt your request, we will fill in necessary information to your claim form and return it to you.
The fee is charged for £20 as administration fee (This can be added to your invoice when claiming to your insurance company). However, since the decision of the payment is made by individual insurance coverage policy, please inquire any uncertain points to the insurance company you join.

Please allow your enough time to arrive the clinic.
You will feel relax in your mind and also start treatment smoothly by arriving the clinic a little ahead of your reservation time.

We kindly ask for your cooperation that there could be slight delay in your starting time depends on how complicated condition of on-going patient. This is because we think on-going patient’s treatment should be handled as priority. We then try to take as long as the time allows.

The basic minimum time frames is for 90- minute for treating whole body. However, please inform us if you are busy and want to end earlier. We will arrange the treatment program to ease the body as effective as possible less than the time. (The treatment fee in that case still remain the same as full amount)

You will get £5 off on your fifth treatment.

Please note that your treatment time might become short a little in case you arrive later than reserved time . We try our best to make as long as we can, though it depends on the timing what time the next session reserved.

Please keep it in mind to arrive a little ahead of time to experience fully the effect of treatment.

Please contact us on 020 7434 3545 as soon as possible for any change or cancellation of your appointment.

In addition, we will arrange the change of time or date of your appointment on the day, however if you fail to notify the cancellation by the day before your reservation, we will require a cancellation fee of 30% of your treatment fee.
